CIS Championship goes Regionals
The CIS women’s basketball season will feature a new-look playoff format in 2010-11 as it will culminate with an expanded national championship tournament.
With a veteran laden lineup and a few key recruits already lined up for next season, UVic Vikes women's basketball coach Brian Cheng has announced a pair of recruits for the 2011-12 campaign.
Described as one of the premier point guards in the province, Penticton's Cassandra Goodis will join the UVic Vikes women's basketball team in the 2010-11 season.
