FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Rachel Baird scored four goals over the weekend as the Vikes defeated the Regina Cougars and Saskatchewan Huskies on Oct. 13-14. Baird scored two goals in each contest and her first goal against Regina proved to be the game winner. Baird is now tied for the team lead in goals this year with seven, just one goal back of the overall lead in Canada West.
