MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
The Vikes men's rugby team is fresh off a second-straight 60-point performance after defeating the Nanaimo Hornets on Saturday Mar. 16 by a score of 68-22. Fourth-year fly half Gradyn Bowd once again stole the show with his impressive kicking ability. In a game that saw 11 different Vikes score points, Bowd led the team in scoring with 18 points, all which came from successful conversions. The Calgary native slotted 9 of his 10 attempts.
