Jess Neilson, a Social Sciences student from North Vancouver, BC, was electric in the Canada West rugby sevens tournament over the weekend, finishing with 38 points on 14 converts and two tries. Neilson was particularly strong in a 61-0 victory over UFV on Sunday, kicking eight of nine converts in 14 minutes.
