Vikes host Pronghorns for Thursday night match

VICTORIA – The University of Victoria women's rugby team continues its homestand by welcoming the University of Lethbridge to Wallace Field, Sept. 20.

SERIES HISTORY
  • The Vikes are 5-0 against the Pronghorns in the last five 15s meetings between the two sides.
  • Last matching up in the Canada West Final Four, Oct. 28, 2021, the Vikes claimed the 36-7 win in Calgary, Alta. to advance to the Canada West final.
  • Meeting Oct. 17, 2021 in Victoria, B.C. during the regular season, the Vikes came away with the 29-0 shutout win.

  • Victoria remains ranked sixth in the nation in the latest U SPORTS Top 10 poll, a position it has held since the first poll of the season, Sept. 6.

  • UVic has recorded eight different try-scorers so far this season in Chloe Hill Huse, Madison Jumeau, Emerald Maze, Shaye Ogurek, Sarah McWhinney, and Morgan Davidson along with Romeo and Norsten.
