Vancouver, B.C. – The University of Victoria men's soccer team fall short to the UBC Thunderbirds 3-0, Oct. 9 in Vancouver, B.C.

Thunderbirds draw first blood, 1-0

• In the 19^th minute of action, two Thunderbirds' forwards were sprung on a long stretch pass and a two on one. This rush resulted in the opening goal of the game and a Thunderbirds' 1-0 lead.

 
 Thunderbirds again, 2-0

• In the 37^th minute, a shot from roughly 25-feet out found the back of the net to extend the Thunderbirds' lead to 2-0.

 
Thunderbirds lead to 3-0

• In the 57^th minute, the Thunderbirds scored once again to extend their lead to 3-0.

• The Vikes fall to on the season 10-2-2, while the Thunderbirds remain undefeated and improve to 12-0-1.
