The UVic women’s curling team has a proud history of success at the Canada West Championship, earning spots at the U SPORTS National Championships in previous years. This season, we’re aiming to win the Canada West banner again and return to the national stage—but we need your help to get there.
Our competitive team strives for both athletic and academic excellence, supported by our dedicated coach, Lenard Stewart. Alongside our competitive goals, we also help run the UVic recreational curling club, fostering community and introducing new athletes to the sport. Every practice and training session reflects our commitment to excellence and teamwork.
Your gift in action
- Covers flights, hotels, rental cars, and tournament fees for the Canada West Curling Championships in Edmonton.
- Supports travel and accommodations for the U SPORTS Curling National Championship in Regina if we qualify.
