Why your support matters
The UVic Archery Club is more than a recreational activity—it’s a community that fosters skill development, confidence, and competitive excellence. We provide a safe, inclusive environment where students learn from certified coaches through the National Coaching Certification Program and gain access to quality equipment.
Our competitive team proudly represents UVic at local, provincial, national, and international tournaments, including the Archery Canada Indoor Mailmatch, the Multi-sites Indoor Championship of the Americas (MICA), and the BC Indoor Provincial Championships. Since 2023, our athletes have earned numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals, and we remain the only travelling competitive university archery team in Canada.
As a student-run club, we strive to keep participation affordable, but financial barriers can limit opportunities. Your support ensures that passionate athletes can continue to compete, grow, and represent UVic on the national and international stage while keeping recreational programming accessible for all students.
