The UVic Coastal Rowing Club is a brand-new Vikes club, launched this year to bring the excitement and challenge of open-water rowing to UVic students. Coastal rowing is a unique discipline that combines endurance, skill, and resilience in unpredictable ocean conditions.
Our goal is to strengthen the coastal rowing community in Canada and give UVic students the opportunity to compete in upcoming regattas. However, as a new club, we need proper equipment and resources to make this possible. Your support helps us build a strong foundation for this sport at UVic and ensures our athletes can experience the thrill of coastal rowing while representing the Vikes spirit.
