2025 Track Season

Season Highlights: Competed at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 17-18), posting the top Vikes finish in the 1000m in second place with a time of 2:51.24 and helping the 4x800m relay to a second-place, 9:02.53 finish... Placed 85th in the Mile with a time of 4:56.26 at the Husky Classic (Feb. 15).

2024 XC Season
 
Accolades: Canada West Champion... U SPORTS bronze medallist... Canada West Second Team All-Star.
Season Highlights: Posted a top 10 finish at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22), taking ninth at 31:17... Helped the Vikes to a team title win at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with a 14th-place, 28:46.48 finish... One of the scoring five for the Vikes at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26), taking 13th at 31:14.303... Helped the Vikes to a bronze medal showing at the U SPORTS championships (Nov. 9), taking 43rd with a time of 28:47.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Finished 16th in the mile at the UW Preview (Jan. 13) with a time of 4:53.68... Ran the 1000m, mile, and as part of the 4x400m relay team at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20)... Posted the top Vikes finish in the 1000m at the GBO with a 2:53.70 performance... Finished 19th in the mile (5:04.03) and 20th as part of the 4x400m relay (4:04.36) in Edmonton... Went 4:50.78 in the mile at the Husky Classic (Feb. 10)... Ran the 1500m and was part of the 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24)... Nearly made the podium in the 1500m with a fourth-place, 4:33.66 showing at the conference championship... Was part of the 4x800m relay at the U SPORTS Championships (March 9) that took sixth overall with a time of 9:03.14.

2023 XC Season

Season Highlights: Finished 51st at the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23) with a time of 23:54.7... Finished 16th at the Heat Invitational (Oct. 7) following a 31:24 showing... Helped the Vikes to a second-place showing at the Canada West Championships, taking 18th at 29:54... Took 57th individually at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 12), clocking in at 31:04.5.

2023 Track Season

Accolades: Canada West bronze medallist (1500m).
Season Highlights: Competed at four meets for the Vikes… Ran 4:32.54 in the 1500m at the Canada West Championships to capture the bronze medal (Feb. 24-25)… Ran a season-best 4:28.79 1500m split en route to taking 22nd in the mile run with a time of 4:50.50 at the UW Invite (Jan. 27-28).

2022 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed in four races for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… Was the highest Vikes finisher at the Bill Roe Classic, taking 10th place with a time of 22:37.9 on the 6k course (Sept. 24)… Posted a season-best 8k time of 29:23.2 at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 29)… Posted the second-highest Vikes finish on the women’s side at the U SPORTS Championships, taking 41st at 30:42.

2022 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed at four meets for the Vikes… Finished ninth in the 3000m (10:33.92) and 12th in the 1500m (4:49.30) at the Canada West Championships (March 18).

2021 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed in four meets for the Vikes… Posted the top Vikes finish at the Vikes Open (Sept. 25), taking 15th at 23.06 on the 6k course… Represented the Vikes at both the Canada West Championships (Oct. 30) and U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 20).
TEAM BC: Competed at the Athletics Canada Championships (Nov. 27), taking ninth in the U20 race at 24:16.0.
