2025 Track Season

Accolades: Canada West Bronze Medallist (1500m).
Season Highlights: Finished third in the 1000m and second as part of the 4x800m relay at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 17-18) with times of 2:52.23 and 9:02.53, respectively... Took 33rd in the 3000m (9:40.16) and 48th in the MIle (4:51.19) at the UW Invite (Feb. 1)... Won bronze in the 1500m at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22) following a 4:34.66 showing... Placed fourth as part of the 4x800m relay team at the U SPORTS Championships (March 6-8) at 8:57.93.

2024 XC Season

Accolades: Canada West Champion... U SPORTS bronze medallist... Canada West First Team All-Star.
Season Highlights: Opened the season with a third-place showing at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) at 29:57... Helped the Vikes to a team title at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with a sixth-place, 27:33.22 finish... Was the top Vikes finisher at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26), taking fifth overall at 30:09.820... Finished 22nd at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 9) with a time of 27:56.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Competed at six meets for the Vikes... Posted a top-10 finish at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20) in the 1000m, taking eighth place at 2:58.80... Took seventh in the 1500m (4:38.05), fifth in the 4x400m Relay (4:09.56), and fourth as part of the 4x800m Relay team (9:14.03) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24)... Was part of the 4x800m Relay team that took sixth at the U SPORTS Championships (March 9) with a time of 9:03.14.

2023 XC Season

Season Highlights: Ran at four meets for the Vikes... Recorded a 12th place finish at the Heat Invite (Oct. 7) with a time of 30:40... Took 20th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28) with a 29:57 finish... Placed 46th at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 12) with a 30:40.6 showing.

2023 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed at two meets for the Vikes… Recorded a 4:36.74 1500m split during the mile run at the UW Invite to mark a personal best, finishing the race in 4:59.13 to take 35th overall (Jan. 27-28).

2022 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed in two races for the Vikes… Recorded a 6k time of 23:03.0 at the Bill Roe Classic for 20th place (Sept. 24)… Logged an 8k time of 29:39.5 for 29th place at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 29).

2022 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed in five meets for the Vikes… Finished fifth in the 4x800m relay (9:20.68) and 10th in the 1500m (4:48.04) at the Canada West Championships (March 18).

2021 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Ran in four meets for the Vikes… Represented the Vikes at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 30) and U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 20), taking 39th (32:06.6) and 84th (32:05.1), respectively.
