2025 Track Season

Season Highlights: Placed 42nd in the 3000m with a time of 8:26.88 at the UW Preview (Jan. 17-18)... Took 56th in the 3000m and 95th in the Mile at the UW Invite (Feb. 1) with times of 8:27.74 and 4:18.54, respectively... Finished 12th in the 3000m (8:51.42) and 16th in the 1500m (4:03.08) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22).

2024 XC Season

Season Highlights: Opened the season with a top 10 finish at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22), taking eighth with a time of 26:33... Helped the Vikes to a team title at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with a 14th place, 24:19.66 finish... Placed 23rd at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26) with a time of 25:54.245... Took 50th at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 9) at 24:33.

2023 XC Season

Season Highlights: Took 47th at the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23), coming in at 26:32.9... Finished 24th at the Heat Invitational (Oct. 7) with a time of 26:59... Placed 16th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28) with a 25:15 showing... Finished 76th at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 12) with a time of 26:30.7.
