2024 XC Season

Season Highlights: Took 15th at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 26:52... Finished 35th at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) at 25:10.70... Placed 46th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26) with a 27:45.034 showing.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Claimed fifth in the 3000m (8:55.32) and 15th in the 1500m (4:07.76) at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20)... Finished 17th in the 3000m at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 3) with an 8:55.86 showing. 

2023 XC Season

Season Highlights: Placed 17th at the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23) with a time of 26:18.

2023 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed at three meets for the Vikes… Recorded a personal best time in the 1500m at the Golden Bears Open, taking 13th place with a time of 4:07.33 (Jan. 20-21)… Logged a personal best 3000m time at the WSU Invite, taking 18th at 8:49.33 (Feb. 3-4).

Season Highlights: Competed in four races for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… Recorded a season-best 8k time of 24:54.8 at the Canada West Championships, taking 28th overall (Oct. 29).
