Robin Fleming posted a shutout against the UBC Thunderbirds on Oct. 7. Fleming came up with a clutch save late in the second half, stopping the Thunderbird penalty shot to help protect the Vikes lead. The victory gives the Vikes the advantage to secure their spot in the U SPORTS national championship in November.
