MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
First-year men’s golfer Robin Conlan posted his best result of the season early last week in California. Conlan posted a 5-under score through two rounds at the Terra Lago Golf Club to finish second overall in the individual standings of the Desert Intercollegiate tournament. Conlan finished just two strokes behind leader Mayson Tibbs from Oregon Tech. For a third consecutive tournament the Berlin, Germany native finished as the top Vike in the field. Conlan’s score helped the Vikes finish third overall in the team standings.
