SCOUTING THE UVIC VIKES

Vikes 'keeper #Stephanie Parker# has posted a league-best seven shutouts this season and her .909 saves percentage has seen the reigning Canada West champs go undefeated in their last eight outings. Last weekend, #Kendra Flock#'s 13th tally tied the UVic record for goals in a single season.

SCOUTING THE UBC THUNDERBIRDS
The T-Birds 6-2-4 record has them out of contention to host the playoffs but a win over the Vikes this weekend could see them tie up second place. Jaclyn Dunnett's .878 save percentage ranks third in the conference and she's tied with Parker for seven shutouts. Janine Frazao leads the 'Birds offence with nine goals.

HEAD TO HEAD
The Canada West's top goalies played to their fullest potential when the two sides met on October 10, eventually battling to a 0-0 draw.

SCOUTING THE TRINITY WESTERN SPARTANS

Spartans' goalie Kristen Funk has not conceded a goal in her last five matches and has six shutouts this season. 2008 Canada West MVP Nikki Wright picked up where she left off and has netted a team-high nine goals.

HEAD TO HEAD
Last season the Vikes took the Canada West final in penalties from the Spartans and their mainland rivals avenged the loss with a penalty victory in the CIS Championship semi final. This year the Vikes handed the Spartans their only loss of the '09 season in Langley.
