Biography
Favourite momment as a Vike: Winning CURCs 8+ and U23 Henley 8+ three months apart in 2014 was pretty spectacular, but I think my favourite memories will come from the time spent with the guys away from the water.  Things like blasting dance music at 5:00AM before leaving for practice in the summer and summer evening barbeques with the crew.
Most influential athlete mentor in your career: There are so many influencial people out there, to choose one would be unfair for the rest!
Favourite pump up song: Carousel- Let's Go Home/ Can't Be Touched- Roy Jones Jr. 
Favourite recovery meal: Napping
Favourite recovery meal: Pasta with home made sauce and steamed veggies
