Chris Clarke was born July 16, 1997 in Ottawa, ON ... he is the son of Jennifer Rae-Brown and Rob Clarke, and has a younger sister, Katie Clarke, attending the University of King's College in Halifax ... Chris attended Glebe High school where he started rowing and earned success at the national level .. He is currently a student in the Computer Science and Music combined program.
