Biography

Josh Zakala was born March 11, 1998 in Vancouver, BC, but moved to his hometown of Kelowna when he was young  ... he is the son of John and Rhonda Zakala ... he has 1 sibling: Kyle ... While competing with the Vikes varsity team, Josh also trains and competes with the High Performance Centre in Victoria, and is currently ranked 2nd in Canada in the Men's 400-m individual medley, also earning a spot on the GoogleCloud COSIDA All-American At Large Team based on this accomplishment and exceptional GPA... Josh is majoring in Civil Engineering, and is currently completing his first Co-op work term with the City of Kelowna this fall.
