⛳ Thank you for driving our season forward

This year, thanks to your incredible support, Vikes Golf teed up another season of competitive excellence and exciting growth. Whether you contributed through the Vikes Championship Breakfast or Vikes Giving Day, your generosity provided the resources needed for our student-athletes to compete at elite levels across Canada and the U.S. You helped us build on our legacy—and we’re so grateful to have you with us.

🏆 Individual titles & all-Canadian honours

The 2024–25 season saw impressive performances across the board:

  • Owen Croft, first-year standout:
    • Won the Continental Athletic Conference Championship
    • Finished top 4 at the Canadian University/College Championships
    • Earned All-Canadian honours
  • Cindy Koira led the women’s squad with:
    • Multiple runner-up finishes
    • Several top 10 and 20 placings throughout the season

With three new recruits on the women’s team and two on the men’s, the future of Vikes Golf is looking bright and competitive.

🌍 Competing across borders: NAIA affiliation in action

As members of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), our teams had the opportunity to: 

  • Compete in a high-caliber U.S. tournament schedule
  • Gain valuable experience against diverse international competition
  • Build program visibility to attract top-tier recruits from both sides of the border

💸 Donor impact: By the numbers

In 2024–25, your generosity made a real difference:

  • $12,852 raised through the Vikes Championship Breakfast
    • Equally split between men’s and women’s teams
    • Directly supported scholarships for our student-athletes
  • $32,300 raised through Vikes Giving Day
    • Enabled travel to key U.S. tournaments
    • Supported our vision of long-term competitive growth

These investments help keep Vikes Golf strong—academically, athletically, and in recruitment.
