Biography
Jake Newman was born February 11, 1994 in White Rock BC...the son of James and Cathie Newman, and brother to Jordyn Newman...he attended Lafayette College in Pennsylvania for two years where he played varsity basketball and won a Patriot League Championship in the 2014/15 season, played in the NCAA "March Madness" Tournament...has since transferred to the University of Victoria where his father played and won 3 Men's Basketball National Championships from 1983/84-1985/86, and his sister played three seasons...Newman is currently entering into playing his 3 year for the Vikes, and is majoring in Kinesiology
