2023 Track Season
 
Accolades: Canada West gold medallist (3000m).
Season Highlights: Competed at five meets for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… Won the 1500m race at the Golden Bears Open with a time of 3:57.66 (Jan. 20-21)… Won gold in the 3000m at the Canada West Championships with a time of 8:27.55 (Feb. 24-25)… Recorded a personal best time of 8:17.91 in the 3000m at the Husky Classic (Feb. 10-11)… Took 10th in the 3000m at the U SPORTS Championships with an 8:34.97 performance.

2022 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed in four races for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… posted a season-best 8k time of 24:41.7 at the Canada West Championships, taking 21st overall (Oct. 29).

2022 Track Season
 
Accolades: Canada West First Team All-Star
Season Highlights: Gold medallist in the 4x800m relay (7:39.53) at the Canada West Championships (March 18)… Also finished fifth in the 3000m (8:33.86) and 14th in the 1500m (3:59.90) at the conference championships… Competed in four additional meets for the Vikes, including the U SPORTS Championships (April 1).

2021 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Ran in three meets for the Vikes… Represented the Vikes at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 30) and U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 20), finishing at 26:39.1 in 37th place and 27:19.0 for 98th place, respectively.
