2025 Track Season

Accolades: Canada West Gold Medallist (4x800m)... Canada West First Team All-Star (4x800m).
Season Highlights: Took 67th in the Mile at the UW Invite (Feb. 1) and 95th in the same event at the Husky Classic (Feb. 15) with times of 4:12.60 and 4:14.38, respectively... Won gold as part of the 4x800m relay team at the Canada West Championship (Feb. 21-22) with a time of 7:39.81, also taking 10th in the 1500m at 4:00.71... Finished fifth as part of the 4x800m relay at the U SPORTS Championships (March 6-8) following a 7:37.66 finish. 

2024 XC Season

Season Highlights: Finished 22nd at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 27:23... Took 29th at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) at 25:05.52... Clocked in at 27:12.387 for 32nd place at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26)... Had a 25:19 showing at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 9) to place 106th.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Competed at six meets for the Vikes... Placed second in the 1000m at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20) with a time of 2:29.11... Took 15th in the mile at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 3) with a time of 4:16.72)... Claimed 10th in the 1500m (4:00.71), 14th in the 1000m (2:35.10), and fifth as part of the 4x800m Relay team (7:44.17) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24)... Was part of the 4x800m Relay team that placed eighth with a time of 7:44.52 at the U SPORTS Championships (March 9).

2023 XC Season

Season Highlights: Competed at three meets for the Vikes... Took 55th at the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23) with a time of 26:47.9... Claimed 19th at the Heat Invite (Oct. 7) with a time of 26:31... Clocked in at 25:53 for 29th place at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28).

2023 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed at three meets for the Vikes… Was the top finisher for the Vikes in the men’s 1500m race at the Canada West Championships, taking seventh place overall with a season-best time of 3:59.98… Also a member of the Vikes’ 4x800m relay squad at the U SPORTS Championships, taking 12th place with a time of 7:53.60 (March 12).

2022 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed in three races for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… Recorded a season-best 8k time of 24:29.8 at the Canada West Championships, taking 27th overall (Oct. 29).

2022 Track Season
 
Accolades: Canada West First Team All-Star.
Season Highlights: Gold medallist in the 4x800m relay at the Canada West Championships (March 18) with a time of 7:39.53… Also took fourth in the 1000m (2:32.01) and 21st in the 1500m (4:03.81) at the conference meet… Recorded a U SPORTS qualifying mark in the 1000m at Golden Bears Open (Jan. 22), taking third at 2:26.49… Competed at two additional meets for the Vikes, including the U SPORTS Championships (April 1).

2021 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Ran in four meets for the Vikes… Represented the Vikes at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 30) and U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 20), taking 34th (26:34.7) and 97th (27:18.7), respectively.
