2025 Track Season

Accolades: Canada West Bronze Medallist (3000m).
Season Highlights: Competed in the 3000m (27th - 8:08.99) and Mile (101st - 4:21.12) at the UW Invite (Feb. 1)... Won bronze in the 3000m at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22) with a time of 8:30.39, and also placed 11th in thr 1500m with a 4:00.82 showing... Took seventh in the 3000m at the U SPORTS Championships (March 7) with a time of 8:25.75.

2024 XC Season

Accolades: Canada West First Team All-Star. 
Season Highlights: Posted the top Vikes men's finish at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12), helping the Vikes to the team title with a fourth-place, 23:42.86 showing... Led the Vikes with a fifth place finish at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26) with a time of 26:02.544... Was the top Vikes men's finisher at the U SPORTS Championship (Nov. 9), taking 19th at 24:02.

2024 Track Season

Accolades: Canada West Silver Medallist... Canada West Second Team All-Star (3000m).
Season Highlights: 3000m time of 8:10.75 finished the season ranked 10th in U SPORTS... Posted the top Vikes finish in the 3000m at the UW Preview (Jan. 13) with a time of 8:20.23 for 31st place... Took second for the silver medal in the 3000m (8:28.30) and fifth in the 1500m (3:55.56) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24)... Took 10th in the 3000m at the U SPORTS Championships (March 9) at 8:23.70.

2023 XC Season

Accolades: Canada West First Team All-Star.
Season Highlights: Competed at all four meets for the Vikes... Posted the top Vikes men's finish in three of four races... Took second at the Heat Invite (Oct. 17) with a time of 25:17... Earned Canada West All-Star honours with a sixth-place, 24:40 finish at the conference championships (Oct. 28)... Was the top Vikes finisher at the U SPORTS Championship (Nov. 12), taking 16th overall with a 25:21.9 performance. 

2023 Track Season
 
Accolades: Canada West Second Team All-Star (3000m).
Season Highlights: Competed at four meets for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… Ran a personal-best 8:17.08 in the 3000m at the UW Invite, taking 41st place (Jan. 27-28)… Claimed the silver medal in the 3000m at the Canada West Championships after an 8:32.67 showing… Posted a top-10 finish at the U SPORTS Championships in the 3000m, taking ninth place with a time of 8:29.46.

2022 XC Season
 
Accolades: Canada West First Team All-Star.
Season Highlights: Ran in four races for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… Posted the top Vikes finish at the TWU Open with a time of 24:51.2 for third place on the 8k course (Oct. 8)… Added the best Vikes finish at the Canada West Championships, taking fourth place after a 24:08.5 showing.

2022 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Canada West bronze medallist in the 3000m, clocking in at 8:25.65… Also finished seventh in the 1500m (3:58.18) at the conference championships… Competed in two other meets for the Vikes.
TEAM CANADA: Missed the U SPORTS Championships due to selection to Team Canada for the PanAm Cross Country Cup (March 27).

2021 XC Season
 
Accolades: Canada West Second Team All-Star.
Season Highlights: Ran in three meets for the Vikes… Earned Canada West All-Star honours after finishing ninth at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 30) with a time of 25:43.3… Took 45th at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 20), clocking in at 25:45.0.
TEAM BC: Competed at the Athletics Canada Championships (Nov. 27), finishing seventh in the U20 division on the 8k course at 27:37.0.
