Accolades: Canada West Champion… Canada West First Team All-Star.
Season Highlights: Won the men's 1500m at the Golden Bear Open with a time of 3:57.85… Recorded the third-fastest mile time in program history at the UW Invitational, finishing in 4:04.27… Won gold in the men's 1500m at the Canada West Track & Field Championships with a time of 3:57.07 and earned First Team All-Star honours… Finished 14th in the men's 1500m at the U SPORTS Championships and helped the men's 4x800m relay team place seventh nationally.
2025 Track Season
Accolades: Canada West Gold Medallist (4x800m)... Canada West Bronze Medallist (1000m).... Canada West First Team All-Star (4x800m).
Season Highlights: Placed second in the 1000m and helped the 4x800m relay to a win at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 17-18) with times of 2:24.68 and 7:39.32, respectively... Finished the Mile in 93rd (4:18.46) and 67th (4:07.83) at the UW Invite (Feb. 1) and Husky Classic (Feb. 15), respectively... Won gold as part of the 4x800m relay team at the Canada West Championship (Feb. 21-22) at 7:39.81... Also won the bronze in the 1000m (2:27.33) and took 19th in the 1500m (4:04.41) at the conference championships... Competed in the 1000m (11th - 2:55.81) and as part of the 4x800m relay (5th - 7:37.66) at the U SPORTS Championships (March 6-8).
2024 XC Season
Season Highlights: Placed seventh at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 26:33... Finished 42nd at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) at 25:28.33... Took 62nd at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26) with a 28:14.565 finish.
2024 Track Season
Season Highlights: Competed at six meets for the Vikes... Placed 10th in the 1000m at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20) with a time of 2:36.28... Finished second in the mile at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 3) at 4:09.04... Claimed eighth in the 1500m (3:58.81) and fifth as part of the 4x800m Relay team (7:44.52) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24)... Member of the 4x800m Relay team at the U SPORTS Championships (March 9) that placed eighth with a time of 7:44.52.
2023 XC Season
Season Highlights: Took 27th at the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23) with a time of 25:54.9... Placed 12th at the Heat Invite (Oct. 7) at 26:10... Recorded a 24th place finish at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24) following a 25:37 performance... Clocked in at 27:05.1 at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 12) for 105th place.
2023 Track Season
Season Highlights: Competed at two meets for the Vikes… Posted the top finish for the Vikes men in the 1000m, taking sixth overall with a personal best time of 2:28.11 (Jan. 20-21).
2022 XC Season
Season Highlights: Finished 36th at the TWU Open with a time of 27:02.5 (Oct. 8).
2022 Track Season
Accolades: Canada West First Team All-Star.
Season Highlights: Gold medallist in the 4x800m relay at the Canada West Championships (March 18) with a time of 7:39.53… Also finished 26th in the 1500m (4:09.51) at the conference meet… Competed at four additional meets for the Vikes, including the U SPORTS Championships (April 1).
2021 XC Season
Season Highlights: Finished 30th at the Vikes Open (Sept. 25), running the 6k in 20:39… Also competed at the B.C. Cross Country Championships (Oct. 23), taking 36th with a time of 27:22.85.
