2025 Track Season

Accolades: Canada West Silver Medallist (3000m)... Canada West Second Team All-Star (3000m).
Season Highlights: Posted a pair of second place finishes at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 17-18) in the 1500m (4:35.21) and as part of the 4x800m relay (9:02.53)... Finished 45th in the 3000m at the UW Invite (Feb. 1)... Placed 73rd in the Mile at the Husky Classic (Feb. 15) at 4:54.73... Won silver in the 3000m at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22) with a time of 10:10.18 and placed fourth in the 1500m at 4:37.63... Finished 12th in the 3000m at the U SPORTS Championship (March 6-8) with a time of 10:06.38.

Accolades: Canada West Champion... U SPORTS bronze medallist.
Season Highlights: Finished 15th at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 31:55... Helped the Vikes to a team title at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with an 18th place finish at 28:58.71... Finished 15th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26) with a time of 31:26.411... Took 53rd at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 9) with a time of 28:57.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Competed at four meets for the Vikes... Recorded a pair of top-10 finishes at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20), taking sixth in the 3000m (10:31.29) and eighth in the 1500m (4:47.04)... Finished sixth in the 3000m (10:16.72) and ninth in the 1500m (4:40.54) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24).

2023 XC Season

Season Highlights: Competed at four meets for the Vikes... Finished 22nd at the Heat Invite (Oct. 7) with a time of 32:09... Took 39th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28) with a 30:53 showing... Finished 87th individually at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 12), crossing the line in 31:53.9.
