2025 Track Season

Season Highlights: Was the top Vikes finisher in the mile with a 14th place, 5:05.66 showing at the UW Preview (Jan. 14)... Ran a season-best 10:01.84 in the 3000m at the UW Preview (Jan. 15)... Competed in the 3000m (63rd - 10:13.77) and mile (119th - 5:17.24) at the UW Invite (Feb. 1)... Placed ninth in the 3000m with a time of 10:45.3 and 14th in the 1500m at 4:52.71 at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22).

2024 XC Season

Accolades: Canada West Champion... U SPORTS bronze medallist.
Season Highlights: Took 12th at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 31:25... Finished 24th at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) after a 29:19.56 showing... Took 27th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26), clocking in at 32:17.145... Helped the Vikes to a bronze medal showing at the U SPORTS championships (Nov. 9), taking 101st at 30:08.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Ran the 3000m at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20), finishing 13th with a time of 10:54.48... Took 21st in the 3000m at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 3) at 10:42.21... Posted a top-10 finish at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24) with a ninth-place, 10:34.05 showing in the 3000m... Also ran the 1500m at the conference championship, taking 19th overall with a time of 5:00.29.

2023 Cross Country Season

Season Highlights: Finished 33rd at the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23) with a time of 23:13.1... Took 44th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28) at 31:24.

2023 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed at three meets for the Vikes… Posted a season-best time of 10:42.76 in the 3000m at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20-21)… Competed for the Vikes at the Canada West Championships, taking 11th in the 3000m with a 10:43.98 showing and 20th in the 1500m with a time of 4:57.41 (Feb. 24-25).
