2025 Track Season

Accolades: Canada West Gold Medallist (4x800m)... Canada West First Team All-Star (4x800m).
Season Highlights: Helped the Vikes to a 4x800m relay win (7:39.32) while taking third in the 1000m (2:25.40) at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 17-18)... Placed 14th in the 800m and 25th in the Mile at the UW Invite (Feb. 1) with times of 1:53.01 and 4:04.31, respectively... Won gold as part of the 4x800m relay team with a time of 7:39.81 at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22)... Also placed fourth in the 1000m (2:27.64) and 14th in the 1500m (4:01.99) at the conference championships... Finished fifth in the 4x800m (7:37.66) and 10th in the 1500m (3:56.85) at the U SPORTS Championships (March 6-8).

2024 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Finished fourth at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 26:24... Finished 21st at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with a 24:44.70 performance... Helped the Vikes to a Canada West runner-up showing with a 20th-place, 26:48.339 finish at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26)... Finished 100th at the U SPORTS Championships with a time of 25:13.

2022 Track Season
 
Accolades: Canada West First Team All-Star… Canada West Second Team All-Star… Canada West Athlete of the Week, March 1.
Season Highlights: Canada West gold medallist in the 4x800m relay with a time of 7:39.53 (March 18)… Canada West silver medallist in the 1000m (2:29.97)… Also competed in the 1500m at the conference championships, taking 22nd (4:04.94)… Earned Canada West Athlete of the Week honours after winning the 1000m (2:24.78) and 1500m (3:51.61) at the Bisons Classic 2.0 (Feb. 26)… Finished fifth in the 1000m (2:24.17) and sixth in the 4x800m relay (7:45.11) at the U SPORTS Championships (April 1).

2021 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Ran in four meets for the Vikes…Was the top Vikes finisher in sixth place at the TWU Invite (Oct. 10), running the 8k course in 25:05… Represented the Vikes at both the Canada West Championships (Oct. 30) and U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 20).
