2025 Track Season

Season Highlights: Took 15th in the Mile with a time of 8:42.31 at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 8)... Finished ninth in the 3000m (8:45.85) and 31st in the 1500m (4:14.36) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22).

2024 XC Season

Season Highlights: Placed sixth at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 26:28... Helped the Vikes to a team title at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with a 12th-place, 24:09.29 finish... Took 11th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26) with a time of 26:14.371... Finished 71st at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 9) with a time of 24:51.

2023 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Placed 32nd at the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23) with a time of 25:58.5... Had a top-10 performance at the Heat Invitational (Oct. 7) with an eighth-place, 25:58 showing... Took 23rd at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28) at 25:27... Finished 84th overall at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 12) with a 26:37.9 performance. 

2022 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed in three races for the Vikes… Ran a season-best 8k time of 25:08.1 at the Canada West Championships, finishing 36th overall (Oct. 29).
