2025 Track Season

Season Highlights: Ran the Mile at the UW Preview (Jan. 17-18), clocking in at 4:30.61 for 121st... Took 34th in the Mile (4:56.53) and 45th in the 800m (2:02.29) at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 8).

2024 XC Season

Season Highlights: Won the men's senior division at the Arbutus Meadows Rumble (Oct. 5) with a time of 25:57.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Competed at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 3), taking 26th in the 800m (1:58.01) and 48th in the mile (4:30.45).

2023 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed at three meets for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… Recorded a season-best time of 8:53.05 in the 3000m at the Golden Bears Open for eighth place (Jan. 20-21)… Was a member of the Vikes’ 4x800m relay squad at the U SPORTS Championships, taking 12th place with an overall time of 7:53.60 (March 12).
