Season Highlights: Competed at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 17-18), taking 13th in the 1000m with a time of 3:10.29 and helping the 4x800m relay to a sixth-place, 9:33.81 showing.

2024 XC Season
 
Accolades: Canada West Champion.
Season Highlights: Finished 18th at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 32:02... Clocked in at 29:37.91 for 30th place at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12)... Finished 32nd at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26) with a time of 32:37.145.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Competed at six meets for the Vikes... Posted back-to-back ninth place finishes in the 1000m with a time of 2:59.93 at the UW Preview (Jan. 13) and 3:01.82 at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20)... Posted the top Vikes finish in the 800m at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 3) with a time of 2:15.76... Posted top-10 finishes in all three events at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24), taking eighth in the 1000m (2:57.62), fourth as part of the 4x800m relay team (9:14.03), and fifth as a member of the 4x400m relay squad (2:09.56)... Competed at the U SPORTS Championships (March 9), helping the 4x800m team to a sixth-place, 9:03.14 showing.
