Season Highlights: Finished 11th at the Vancouver Spirit Run with a time of 23:57 and 31st at the Stewart Cup with a time of 26:39.
2025 Track Season
Season Highlights: Ran the Mile (45th - 4:20.93) and 3000m (63rd - 8:37.88) at the UW Preview (Jan. 17-18)... Ran the same events at the UW Invite (Feb. 1), taking 69th in the 3000m at 8:42.66 and 99th in the Mile at 4:20.27... Placed 13th in the 3000m (8:52.31) and 18th in the 1500m (4:04.08) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22).
2024 XC Season
Season Highlights: Finished 11th at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) at 26:41... Helped the Vikes to a team title at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with a 15th place, 24:25.44 showing... One of the scoring five for the Vikes in their runner-up finish at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26), taking 24th at 26:57.621... Took 60th at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 9) with a time of 24:43.
2024 Track Season
Season Highlights: Competed at four meets for the Vikes...
Won the 3000m at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20) with a time of 8:35.66... Took 11th in the 3000m (8:55.53) and 22nd in the 1500m (4:06.46) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24).
2023 XC Season
Season Highlights: Competed in three races for the Vikes... Took 35th at the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23) with a time of 26:04.9... Finished 15th at the Heat Invite (Oct. 7) at 26:12... Crossed the line in 25:55 at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28) for 30th place.
2023 Track Season
Season Highlights: Competed at three meets for the Vikes… Posted the top Vikes finish in the men’s 3000m at the Golden Bears Open, taking fifth place with a time of 8:46.36 (Jan. 20-21)… Was also the top Vikes finish in the men’s 3000m at the WSU Invite with a season-best time of 8:40.95 for 12th place (Feb. 3-4).
2022 XC Season
Season Highlights: Ran in four races for the Vikes, including the Canada West and U SPORTS Championships… Posted a season-best 8k time of 24:58.1 at the Canada West Championships, taking 31st (Oct. 29).
2022 Track Season
Season Highlights: Competed at four meets for the Vikes… Earned a top-10 finish, taking seventh in the 3000m (9:02.35) at the Vikes January Open (Jan. 29)… Also represented the Vikes at the Canada West Championships (March 18) in the 1500m and 3000m.
2021 XC Season
Season Highlights: Competed in three meets for the Vikes… Crossed the line in 27:28.1 for 50th place at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 30).
TEAM BC: Competed at the Athletics Canada Championships (Nov. 27), taking 47th with a time of 30:14.0.
