Season Highlights: Set the new Vikes record in the Mile with a 4:42.78 performance at the Husky Classic (Feb. 15)... Finished eighth in the 3000m and 21st in the Mile at the UW Preview (Jan. 17-18) with times of 9:20.38 and 4:46.58, respectively... Won gold in the 3000m with a 10:00.96 showing at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22)... Raced in the 3000m (11th - 10:02.56), 1500m (6th - 4:26.65), and as part of the 4x800m (4th - 8:57.93) at the U SPORTS Championship (March 6-8).
2024 XC Season
Accolades: Canada West Champion... U SPORTS bronze medallist... Canada West First Team All-Star... U SPORTS Second Team All-Canadian.
Season Highlights: Helped the Vikes to a team title at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with a seventh place, 27:43.81 finish... Took sixth at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26) with a time of 30:27.749... Posted a top-10 finish at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 9), taking ninth at 27:36.
2023 XC Season
