2025 Track Season

Season Highlights: Took fifth in the 3000m (10:44.94) and 12th in the 1500m (4:57.15) at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 17-18)... Placed 27th in the 3000m with a time of 10:43.28 at the Spokane Riverfront Invite (Feb. 8)... Finished eighth in the 3000m (10:40.03) and 18th in the 1500m (4:58.96) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22).

2024 XC Season
 
Accolades: Canada West Champion.
Season Highlights: Finished 22nd at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 32:40... Clocked in at 30:18.02 at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) for a 40th-place showing... Took 46th at the Canada West Championship (Oct. 26) with a time of 34:0.910.

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Raced in the 1500m and 3000m at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20), taking 14th in the 1500m (4:59.16) and 10th in the 3000m (10:40.15)... Finished 19th in the 3000m with a time of 10:35.84 at the Spokane Riverfront Invitational (Feb. 3)... Took 11th in the 3000m at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24) with an 11:03.17 showing.

2023 XC Season

Season Highlights: Finished the Bill Roe Classic (Sept. 23) in 49th place with a time of 23:48.9... Took 45th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28) with a 31:31 finish.

2023 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed at three meets for the Vikes… Posted a season-best time of 10:45.45 in the 3000m at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24-25)… Added a second season-best in the 1500m with a time of 5:05.79 at the conference championships.

2022 XC Season
 
Accolades: Canada West All-Rookie Team selection.
Season Highlights: Competed in three races for the Vikes… Took 34th at the Canada West Championships with a time of 30:00.9, earning conference all-rookie team honours… Posted the second-highest Vikes finish at the Bill Roe Classic with a 14th-place. 22:50.9 finish in the 6k race (Sept. 24).
