2025 Track Season

Season Highlights: Placed sixth in both the 1000m and as part of the 4x800m relay at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 17-18) at 2:57.92 and 9:33.81, respectively... Finished the Mile in 4:59.30 for 76th place at the UW Invite (Feb. 1) and in 5:00.32 for 103rd at the Husky Classic (Feb. 15)... Took seventh in the 1500m with a time of 4:47.15 at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 21-22)... Was part of the 4x800m relay team that finished fourth at the U SPORTS Championships (March 6-8) with a time of 8:57.93.

2024 XC Season

Season Highlights: Finished 19th at the Vancouver Spirit Run (Sept. 22) with a time of 32:25... Took 29th at the Stewart Cup (Oct. 12) with a 29:37.91 showing... Clocked in at 32:52.895 for 34th place at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 26).

2024 Track Season

Season Highlights: Competed at five meets for the Vikes... Placed fourth in the 1500m at the Golden Bears Open (Jan. 20) with a time of 4:39.62... Finished 11th in the 1500m (4:41.98) and fourth as part of the 4x800m Relay team (9:14.03) at the Canada West Championships (Feb. 24)... Took sixth as part of the 4x800m Relay team at the U SPORTS Championships (March 9) with a collective time of 9:03.14.

2023 XC Season

Season Highlights: Took 20th at the Heat Invite (Oct. 7) with a time of 31:38... Finished 40th at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 28) following a 30:53 performance... Clocked in at 32:18.7 for 100th at the U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 12).

2023 Track Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed at three meets for the Vikes… Posted a season-best time of 4:50.04 in the 1500m race at the Canada West Championships for 16th overall (Feb. 24-25).

2022 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Competed in two races for the Vikes… Posted a season-best 8k time of 31:15.7 at the Canada West Championships, taking 51st overall (Oct. 29).

2022 Track Season

Season Highlights: Did not compete for the Vikes during the 2022 track season.

2021 XC Season
 
Season Highlights: Ran in four meets for the Vikes… Represented the Vikes at the Canada West Championships (Oct. 30) and U SPORTS Championships (Nov. 20), taking 55th (33:05.5) and 111th (33:14.7), respectively.
