Biography
Jack DesBrisay was born in Victoria, along with his two older sisters Madeleine and Adele. He attended high school at Glenlyon Norfolk School, and rowed for Victoria City Rowing Club. In his Junior season he went undefeated in the men’s eight and quad, including winning two gold medals at Brentwood Regatta, winning Windermere Cup and getting a silver medal in the men’s 72kg double at CSSRAs. In his shortened senior season, he got a gold medal in the Canada Cup men’s eight and a gold medal at Monster Erg in the U19 75kg division.Â
