Austin Phillips was born August 29, 2000 in Kamloops, BC … he is the son of Pamela and Grant Phillips and has a brother, Ethan, who also swims for UVic … he graduated from Claremont Secondary School in 2018 and is majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
