VICTORIA - University of Victoria women's field hockey student-athlete Chloe Langkammer has been named the Canada West Player of the Week, the conference announced today, Oct. 18.

Helping the Vikes to a 2-0 weekend against the University of Calgary, Oct. 15-16, Langkammer scored five goals over two games to help UVic to 8-0 and 7-0 wins over the Dinos. After a two-goal performance, Oct. 15, Langkammer recorded her second hat trick of the season, Oct. 16. Langkammer is now tied with teammate Nora Struchtrup for most goals scored in the conference at eight.

The conference player of the week nod is the second for Langkammer in her Vikes career.

The Vikes close out the 2022 Canada West season at the University of British Columbia, Oct. 22-23.
