Vancouver, B.C. – The University of Victoria swimming teams wrapped a two-meet weekend with a strong showing at the Senior Circuit, hosted by the University of British Columbia, Jan. 21.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• Padric Mckervill led the Vikes with two wins, claiming the 100 fly and 200 fly event titles with times of 55.64 and 2:04.93, respectively.
• Jacob Rambo picked up the win in the 100 back with a 59.84 showing.
• Clocking in at 4:07.40, Elijah Agostinelli Stull took first place in the 400 free.
• Sophie Tarrant secured a pair of podium finishes for UVic, taking second in the 100 breast at 1:13.72 and third in the 200 breast with a time of 2:40.34.
• Lauren Crisp finished runner-up in the 200 back with a 2:18.10 performance.
• Maxwell Fang finished second in the 200 free with a time of 1:57.04.
• In all, the Vikes captured 23 top-five finishes at the meet.

The Vikes return to Saanich Commonwealth Place for the West Coast Collegiate, Feb. 11-12.
