Men's soccer to host UNBC

VICTORIA - The University of Victoria men's soccer team hosts the University of Northern British Columbia for a pair of games, Sept. 29-30, at Centennial Stadium.

The Vikes enter the weekend at 5-1-2 overall, sitting in second place in the Canada West pacific division.
UNBC holds a 2-5-2 record coming to Victoria, holding fourth place in the pacific division.
Victoria is coming off back-to-back three-goal games, defeating MacEwan, 3-2, and Calgary, 3-0, Sept. 22-23 at Centennial Stadium.
Matthew Pearse earned Canada West Player of the Week honours after his brace and game-winning goal against the Griffins, Sept. 26.
Pearse, Aiden Grew, and Javier Sagaste each have three goals on the season to lead the Vikes.
