- Meeting during the season-opening weekend at Centennial Stadium, Aug. 25, the Vikes claimed a 4-1 win over the Heat to move to 4-0-1 in the last five meetings between the two sides.

- Matthew Pearse leads the Vikes with five goals on the year, ranking fourth in the Canada West standings. His seven total points also rank fourth in the league.
