The Thompson Rivers WolfPack ended their 10-game losing skid with a 62-59 win over the University of Victoria Vikes women's basketball team on Friday night at the Tournament Capital Centre in Kamloops, B.C.
The loss ends the Vikes' four-game winning streak and drops their record to 15-6.

Sarah Semeniuk# (Fruitvale, B.C.) scored 13 points including some key baskets in the fourth quarter when Victoria cut a seven-point deficit and took the lead with 4:33 left.

Diane Schuetze of Vernon, B.C., scored 12 points and added 11 rebounds in the win, and her teammate Tracy Kocs (Coquitlam, B.C.) scored a game-high 15 points, many of them three-pointers in the second half.
The teams meet again on Saturday Feb. 5 at the Tournament Capital Centre beginning at 6 p.m. The Vikes return home on Feb. 18 and 19 to host the UBC Thunderbirds in their final two regular season games of the year.
