Surprise, Ariz. - The University of Victoria golf teams finished in third and eighth places as teams on the women's and men's sides, respectively, Sept. 30-Oct. 1 at the Ottawa University (AZ) Fall Invitational at the Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club.

Davies leads women's side with podium finish
- Posting her highest-ever individual finish as a Vike, Brynne Davies shot 77 to open the tournament, then followed with back-to-back rounds of 74 to close at +9 overall and in a tie for third place individually. Her previous best individual finish as a Vike was fifth place.
Croft records top-10 finish
- Finishing in a tie for seventh individually, Owen Croft shot two consecutive rounds of 74 before finishing the tournament with a par-72 showing for a +4 overall finish to lead the Vikes' men's side.
Adam, Ho secure top-20 finishes
- Taylor Adam and Antonia Ho finished in 19th and 20th places individually with overall scores of +26 and +28, respectively. Adam shot 81, 83 and 78 over the two-day event, while Ho carded rounds of 82, 80, and 82.
Gilewich makes Vikes debut, Greb makes travel debut
- First year Becker Gilewich appeared in his first tournament as a Vike, finishing in 42nd individually following continuously improved rounds of 79, 78, and 76 (+17).Â
- Natalie Greb made her first road tournament appearance as a Vike, finishing in a tie for 26th individually at +39 overall (87, 81, 87).
