Bremerton, Wash. - The University of Victoria men's and women's golf teams each finished in third place as teams at the UBC Men's Fall Invitational and Gail Moore Intercollegiate, Oct. 21-22 at Gold Mountain Golf Club.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Three Vikes finish at par or under

• Leading the women's team was Cindy Koira, who finished even and in fourth individually at the two-round Gail Moore Intercollegiate after shooting rounds of 70 and 74.
• Owen Croft and Maguire Lines added top-10 finishes on the men's side. Croft tied for seventh at -1 overall after shooting 76, 71, and 68 over the three-round UBC Men's Fall Invitational, while Lines tied for ninth with an even card following rounds of 72, 71, and 73.

Five more Vikes post top-25 individual finishes 

• In addition to Croft and Lines' top-10 individual finishes, the entire Vikes men's team finished in the top 25. Myles Johnson tied for 12th at +4 (74, 73, 73), followed by Jagre Knight (78, 66, 80) and Becker Gilewich (74, 73, 77) tying for 18th at +8 overall.
• On the women's side, Antonia Ho finished in a tie for 22nd at +14 overall following rounds of 80 and 78, while Rachelle Wade tied for 24th at +15 overall (80, 79) to round out the top-25 finishes for the Vikes.

Knight cards lowest men's round of the tournament

• Knight's second round score of 66 marked the lowest score by any golfer in any round of the UBC Men's Fall Invitational.
