Victoria, BC – The University of Victoria women's basketball team dominated in an 84-34 victory over the University of Northern British Columbia, January 22 at CARSA Performance Gym.

- The Vikes turned up the defensive pressure in the second quarter, holding the Timberwolves to a singular bucket, scoring two total points.
- This dominant defensive quarter allowed the Vikes to take a 24-2 scoring run into the halftime break, holding a 24-point lead.
