Chilliwack, BC – The University of Victoria golf team finished third in the men's match play and fourth in the women's at the BC Match Play hosted by the University of Fraser Valley, March 30.
 
Knight led the men's team with an undefeated record.

• Jagre Knight was the sole Vike to go undefeated in his three rounds of match play. Knight tied his two UBCO and UFV opponents and beat UBC.

 
Decksheimer grabbed two wins.

• Soloman Decksheimer was the winningest Vike as he played strongly in rounds one and two to secure two wins for the men's team.

 
Scaber led the women's team with a win and a tie.

• Ella Scaber played well, going 1-1-1 in her three matches. Scaber defeated her UFV opponent emphatically, securing the win with three holes left to play.
   

The Vikes will return to action for the NAIA Continental Conference Championship April 26-29 in Hobbs, New Mexico.
